Product Engineer - Trainee (Job Code: PE1)

Job Description
LPP Learning Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Engineer – Trainee to join our team. As a Product Engineer – Trainee, you will play a crucial role in presenting our innovative Student Response System (Clickers) and AR-VR equipment to schools and colleges. This position requires a candidate with a background in Engineering, preferably from Electrical or Electronics Engineering, and at least one year of experience in product marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Visit schools and colleges to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our Student Response System (Clickers) and AR-VR equipment.
  • Conduct engaging and informative presentations to educators and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.
  • Understand the unique needs of each school or college and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the features and capabilities of our products.
  • Provide technical assistance and answer questions related to the Student Response System and AR-VR equipment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on school visits, feedback received, and market trends.
  • Communicate findings to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Science/Engineering
  • Minimum of one year of experience in product marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is considered an additional advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to schools and colleges for presentations.

Study Abroad - Counsellor (Job Code: SA1)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic female Study Abroad Counselor to join our team at LPP Learning Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in management, demonstrating a strong educational background. English language fluency is of utmost importance for this role. The Study Abroad Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding students through the process of studying abroad, providing valuable insights and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to students interested in studying abroad, addressing their academic and personal goals.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable programmes and universities based on their individual preferences and aspirations.
  • Guide students through the application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Stay updated on admission requirements for various international universities.
  • Assess and enhance the English language proficiency of students, offering guidance on language exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
  • Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity among students, preparing them for the international academic environment.
  • Counsel and manage the online marketing, enrollment, and conduct of IELTS classes.
  • Oversee the utilization of the classroom space allotted for IELTS training.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student profiles, applications, and correspondence.
Training

If selected for the position, the candidate will be provided with a comprehensive week-long training programme to familiarize herself with the intricacies of the job role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management.
    English language fluency, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in counseling or education advisory roles is advantageous, but not compulsory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of study abroad programs, admission processes, and international universities.
